How do we build a custom home?
Planning:
Wescraft does more than build your home; we help turn your dreams into reality. We know the value of listening to our clients, and will turn your visions into solid plans. Scott will personally meet with you to create the home you’ve been dreaming of right down to the smallest detail:
- Scott will meet with you to discuss your future home. If you have existing blueprints, we will go over them together so that we can discuss exactly what building your dream home entails. If you do not have blueprints, we can still get an excellent idea of what you want to create, and help you choose an appropriate plan or work with you to have your plan drawn.
- We will establish the requirements and specifications for the finished project.
- Scott will work out a quote, and establish a budget, based on project specifications.
- As the project begins to take shape, meetings with Wescraft’s suppliers and sub-trades are conducted to ensure that the ideas, design and materials are working together and that all industry standards will be met.

Construction:
Wescraft knows that building a new home can be a real challenge, and we understand the importance of good working relationships. Scott will work with you throughout the entire process; from the blueprints to completion. We will continue to listen to you, throughout the various stages of building. Any concerns you have will be promptly and professionally addressed. We will pay attention to all budget constraints and timelines, and our talented team will treat both you and your building site with the utmost respect.
